Steven passed away on March 24^th, 2017 after battling mental illness along with other physical challenges all of his life.

Our hope is that by setting up this memorial page those who loved Steven can make a contribution toward a more effective treatment of mental illness and progress toward a cure.

The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation is committed to alleviating the suffering caused by mental illness by awarding grants that will lead to advances and breakthroughs in scientific research.

We are so thankful for the time we were able to spend with Steven and we will miss him tremendously every day going forward.
