Our beloved son Lucas suffered a long battle with depression.  This disease took his life at the young age of 22.  He was a talented and creative musician, an extraordinary student and the family comedian. Lucas had bright blue eyes and a beautiful smile.  He was a kind and gentle soul.  He was an amazing uncle to his niece and nephew, a well-loved brother, son and grandson and a blessed gift to his family.  We are so grateful for his strength and determination to endure his pain for so long so that we could share in all that he offered.
